Children's Etiquette
Although children in today's world grow up more quickly than ever before, they frequently reach adulthood without many of the skills that will allow them to succeed personally and professionally. Children need to learn about manners and social etiquette, which, in turn, will help foster positive self-esteem, confidence, and leadership qualities. Participants are given workbooks to reinforce the lessons learned at home, as well as certificates of achievement.
Modern Manners for ChildrenTM
Modern Manners for ChildrenTM is a three-part program designed to teach important aspects of etiquette to children ages 4 to 7. The children will be engaged in fun, age-appropriate activities that help them learn and apply etiquette in their day-to-day lives. Among other learning tools, we use a puppet, Catherine the Mannerly Cat TM, to entertain the children while teaching key concepts. The program is composed of:
- The ABC's of Meeting, Greeting, and Saying Goodbye
- Little Things We Say and Do
- 1,2,3 Let's Eat
- This program encourages family involvement through take-home handouts that reinforce the lessons learned in class

Preparing for the Future
As young people prepare to enter college, graduate or professional schools, or the workplace, they may need to develop certain skills, heighten their self-esteem, and bolster their confidence. After all, the way they present themselves can be far more important than scores on standardized tests in shaping their futures.
We provide group or individual consultation that focuses on interviewing techniques, presenting oneself with confidence and authority, and developing social graces. Topics covered include:
- Making Appropriate and Effective Introductions
- Using Body Language to Your Advantage
- Demonstrating Confidence During an Interview
- Making the Most of How You Dress and Present Yourself
